Responsibilities
- Perform detailed diagnostics on appliances using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify faults accurately.
- Conduct appliance repairs including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration components, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Install new appliances by following manufacturer specifications, electrical codes, plumbing requirements, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles involving maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and ladder logic is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, refrigeration gauges, plumbing tools, and other maintenance equipment.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring standards, plumbing basics, and appliance assembly techniques.
- Ability to read technical diagrams including schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar-sized fleet vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment troubleshooting across diverse appliance types.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to explain technical issues effectively.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
