Job Description
- Lead daily operations during assigned shifts and support the manager
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet service and quality standards
- Open and close the kiosk following required procedures
- Ensure food preparation accuracy, food safety compliance, and cleanliness
- Provide fast, friendly, and consistent customer service
- Assign tasks, manage shift flow, and support team performance
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, math, and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule: minimum 2 nights per week, rotating weekends, and some holidays
- Able to operate POS systems, use required technology, and work all food service areas
- Able to perform physical labor, stand for long periods, and work well under pressure
