What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at H&H Contractors?
About us: We are a excavating/hardscape company in the north metro. With over 20 years in business we specialize in residential and commercial boulder walls and retaining walls. We also install patios, outdoor living spaces, pavers, pools, fences and other outdoor hardscape projects all over the Midwest.
Summer: We are currently seeking a hardscape crew leader/foreman or crew member. We are looking for a hard-working individual with strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, hardscape experience, and small/heavy equipment experience. We are looking for a leader or crew member who can effectively manage, motivate, and lead a crew to complete hardscape projects while focusing on efficiency and quality.
Winter: We conduct commercial snow removal operations, and the role of a crew leader/crew member would transfer into a zone manager or zone assistant position. We have amassed a variety of commercial accounts spread out through the metro and stay very busy with snow removal, recovery, and maintenance operations. A zone manager or zone assistant is placed in a company plow and salt truck and will plow properties, salt lots, and assist in operational readiness of their zone.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years installing hardscapes
- Heavy Equipment Experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to understand and read blueprints efficently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
