What You'll Do
- Dismantle vehicles and remove parts safely and efficiently
- Properly handle fluid removal and vehicle setup following safety and environmental standards
- Tag, label, and store parts accurately to support inventory
- Document dismantling activity completely and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work alongside a team committed to quality and accountability
What You Bring
- 1 years of automotive dismantling, dismantling, or mechanical shop experience preferred
- Your own tools ranging from 2K - 10K
- Ability to identify and remove automotive components correctly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- High school diploma or GED preferred — experience matters most
Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on role. You'll be on your feet, working in a shop and outdoor yard environment with exposure to noise, weather, and mechanical equipment. Must be able to lift automotive parts, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
