Primary Focus – Final Quality Control (FQC):
- Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles
- Verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards
- Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor
- Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation
- Collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Salary : $20 - $28
