What You'll Do
You will lead field operations across plumbing projects, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec. This includes managing crews, coordinating schedules, working closely with project managers and general contractors, and maintaining quality from rough-in through final inspection. You will oversee manpower planning, review drawings and submittals, handle jobsite challenges in real time, and set the tone for a professional, safety-first work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running clean, organized, and high-performing jobs.

What We're Looking For
You bring strong field leadership experience and know how to manage crews, schedules, and job site execution without constant oversight. You are confident working with project managers, engineers, and GCs, and you understand how to keep projects moving while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)

7 years of plumbing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Foreman or Superintendent)

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm, and gas systems (medical gas is a plus)

Solid understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals

Experience managing manpower, schedules, and multiple job sites

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
