- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain centrifugal chillers and large commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations
- Complete major repairs, overhauls, and equipment rebuilds as needed
- Assist with equipment start-ups, commissioning, and operational testing
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, sequence of operations, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting through digital platforms
- Communicate professionally with customers, engineers, project managers, and facility personnel
- Safely perform work while adhering to company safety standards and industry regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing centrifugal chillers or large commercial HVAC systems
- Strong experience with manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or similar equipment
- Advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressor operation, controls, and electrical diagnostics
- Experience performing commissioning, start-ups, troubleshooting, and performance testing
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
- TDLR licensing required
- OEM factory certifications or specialized chiller training are strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage service calls and solve complex technical issues
- Proficiency with digital service reporting and documentation tools
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Work exclusively on large commercial and industrial equipment
- No residential service work or residential equipment replacements
- Exposure to advanced centrifugal chiller systems and mission-critical facilities
