Responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader:
- Connect with customers in the Philadelphia suburbs to discuss how LeafGuard eliminates clogs and eliminates the need for ladder work.
- Highlight LeafGuard’s durability and design to show how it handles Pennsylvania’s toughest storms.
- Guide customers through a smooth, pressure‑free consultation that clarifies installation and lifetime protection.
- Building LeafGuard’s presence at home sparks community interest and generates new sales opportunities.
- Grow sales reach by participating in customer events and meet‑ups where exterior maintenance challenges are frequently discussed.
- Track each interaction to refine your approach and elevate overall sales performance across the Philadelphia suburbs.
Qualifications of the Sales Team Leader:
- Experience in sales or home improvement is a plus.
- Stays positive and composed during busy field days, keeping sales momentum strong.
- Adapts communication style to match different personalities and decision styles.
