Co-Founder / Strategic Partner – AI-era Power & C&I Solar Storage (U.S.)
At H-Future Energy we are opening 1–2 Co-Founder / Strategic Partner seats and want to find the right people.
What you’ll help build
• AI-related power and grid upgrade projects for data centers and growing loads
• Chain C&I rooftop / carport solar storage with long-term O&M
• A lean execution unit working with major U.S. utilities / EPCs / C&I developers
Who we’re looking for
You may be close to one of these profiles – or a mix of both:
• Technical / Delivery Partner
– U.S. experience in power systems, grid or C&I solar storage
– Ideally with, or able to qualify for, licenses such as C-10 / C-46 or equivalent
– Ready to lead delivery standards, not just follow checklists
• Business / Platform Partner
– Relationships with utilities, C&I developers, infra investors or large energy users
– Able to open doors and structure partnerships / JVs / portfolios
– Want to be on the ownership side, not just the salary side
Early-stage by design:
• No guaranteed high salary at the beginning
• We expect commitment in time, expertise, relationships some early capital (skin in the game)
• In return: co-founder status (equity profit share) and the chance to help shape how we play this cycle
