As a Research Decision Science Analyst, you'll extract, validate, and cleanse data using advanced coding techniques. You'll design and apply analytical and statistical methods/models to understand our customers' behaviors using customer data and primary quantitative research data.

We Are Looking For
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 0 years of experience in statistics and research
- Using coding techniques (predominately R, SQL and Python), mines, validates, cleans, aggregates and analyzes large data sets from customer data and primary quantitative and qualitative research
- Assists in visualization of data and analysis
- Applies foundational analytical skills to analyze large amount s of data to find behavior patterns and solutions
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 0 years of experience in statistics and research
- Experience working with R (posit), Python, SQL or other statistical software
- Experience running Scantron software / hardware and digital scanners
- General knowledge quantitative research, experimental design, analytics, and statistics
- Basic knowledge of R (posit), SQL and Python
- Basic knowledge of ML an AI techniques
- Basic understanding of big data environments
- Project management and time-management skills
- Verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer skills, including use of PCs, MS Office, internet, and e-mail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail
