We proudly serve all Texans in over 13 outpatient clinics, ages 12 . Primary Care Physicians specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their patients and their families. Our Primary Care Physicians are focused on delivering a holistic, patient-centered experience. They are equipped to diagnose and address a wide range of health concerns. Our physicians are committed to acting as the quarterback of care with a team-based approach. They coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment for each patient. Our focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining strong clinical talent and leadership. We drive health outcomes and quality improvements for every patient through a culture of continuous learning and supporting innovation and transformation. - an MD / DO degree from an accredited Medical School
- board certification or board eligibility in family or internal medicine
- current, active license to practice in Texas
- current, unrestricted DEA
