As an eBusiness Manager II, you'll oversee financials for an online product category and manage its strategy, profitability mix, and execution. You'll help drive product content, maintain a critical eye for customers, optimize site findability, analyze web KPIs / user behavior, and manage assigned special projects.

We Are Looking For
- 5 years of experience
Sales / Analytics / Strategy
- Collaborates with Mgr to develop overall profitability strategy for online shopping experience; establishes / manages relationships; partners with Merchant team to drive profit opportunities and ideas
- Maintains a relentless critical eye for all things related to UE; removes as much friction across purchase funnel as possible
- Develops customized reports, trends, and analytics to manage portfolio; creates value-added insightful analytics to make / influence decisions
- Develops expertise in online merchandising and related best practices
- Reviews KPIs and web behavior metrics to generate data-driven insights and actions
- Manages product recs, basket builders, and trade-up strategies; recommends product enhancements
- Collaborates with digital Mktg team to drive channel effectiveness (e.g., paid search, e-mail, SEO, retargeting); improves site findability through search and browse optimization activities
- May collaborate with promotional team to support integrated omnichannel promotions
- Identifies SKU mix and product assortment offerings from retail support center-based SKU mix
- Maintains flow of products and seasonal flips while analyzing yearly offering holistically; determines what makes sense seasonally for customers
- Stays current on trends and competition; helps develop online competitive analysis as needed
- Establishes business objectives and priorities for category with a forward view of 1 years
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, product management, or statistics / analytics
- Experience managing marketing mix model (product selection, propensity modeling, retail pricing, and online placement)
- Working understanding of eCommerce merchandising trends and strategy
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks
- Ability to operate with high energy, flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to problem-solve at strategic, financial, tactical levels
- Ability to work / lead / resolve issues cross-functionally
