What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Physical Therapist – South Slope H&D Physical Therapy | Brooklyn, NY position at H&D Physical Therapy?
Better Begins Here.
H&D Physical Therapy is a family-owned, therapist-led practice built on one belief: quality care starts with meaningful human connection.
For nearly 30 years, we've built our reputation through thoughtful clinical care, one-on-one treatment, and long-term relationships with our patients and community. We are not a high-volume clinic, and we don't believe great care happens when clinicians are rushed, double-booked, or reduced to productivity metrics.
Our South Slope clinic is led by Grace, who has built a team known for collaboration, community connection, and genuine care for one another. It's the kind of place clinicians build a career — not just take a job.
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who shares those values and wants to be part of a supportive, growing team.
Compensation You Control
