Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Client Service Associate, located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Registered Client Service Associate will be responsible for performing daily client service tasks, which include providing exceptional customer support, managing client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assisting with various finance-related tasks and maintaining effective communication with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed with at least the Series 6 or 7. Preferably the 7 and 66, or the 6 or with the 63 and 65. Will consider sponsorship.
- Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Finance-related skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in the finance or HR industry is a plus
