Analysts at H.C. Wainwright are responsible for building and maintaining financial models, developing and refining investment theses, and producing timely, well-supported research notes ahead of the broader market. Analyst responsibilities include modeling company financials and valuation, conducting deep fundamental and industry diligence, monitoring clinical and regulatory catalysts, and communicating differentiated views to institutional investors and internal stakeholders.
H.C. Wainwright offers an entrepreneurial culture where Analysts are given real ownership over their coverage and are encouraged to develop and defend independent points of view. This Analyst will work on names in some of the most dynamic corners of the small- and micro-cap universe, in close coordination with senior research analysts and the broader firm.
Job Requirements
- SIE, Series 7, 86 & 87 (fully licensed, non-negotiable)
- Strong fundamental analysis and modeling chops
- Real passion for emerging tech and early-stage growth stories
- CFA a plus, not required

- $200k-$250k, plus discretionary year end cash bonus
