TheEntry Level Verizon Representative helps our customers see that the heart is still there, but now it's backed by Verizon's network and expanded fiber reach.
As anEntry Level Verizon Representative, you'll be trained to spot what our customers need and three other things they don't know exist yet. TheEntry Level Verizon Representative engages with our customers in person, exploring their accounts, resolving their issues, and introducing features that make their lives easier, faster, and better.

- Connect with customers in person, deliver outstanding customer service, and introduce Frontier Internet and TV solutions tailored to their needs.
- Listen actively to customer preferences and recommend Frontier packages that align with streaming, gaming, work, and entertainment habits.
- Explain Frontier service features, installation expectations, and available package options in a simple, customer-focused manner.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and solution-oriented support to strengthen trust and improve the overall customer experience.
- Guide customers through Frontier service selections and enrollment while ensuring account details are complete and accurate.
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive sales communication that promotes satisfaction, retention, and sales referrals.
