In this full-time, in-person role, you will work directly with customers to provide customer support, assist with account setup, and drive sales for internet, television, and wireless services.
As a Client Support Associate, you will function as a customer liaison, handling customer interactions, supporting customer accounts, and helping customers select the right services based on their needs. This role combines customer service, customer support, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Client Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support while engaging directly with customers
- Deliver strong customer service and contribute to daily sales performance
- Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and service selections
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate service information
- Build relationships with customers to support long-term account growth
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and account updates
