The salary for this role is $78,000-$97,000.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and distributors within the territory
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, trials, and training at job sites
- Identify and progress conversion opportunities from trial to recurring business
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and applications
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers on account plans and growth initiatives
- Monitor territory activity, opportunities, and outcomes using CRM tools
- Support new product launches through field validation and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety practices while working at heights and job sites
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or technical training
- Experience: 3 years in sales, customer support, or field‑based construction roles
- Skills: Ability to present and demonstrate products clearly to customers
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
- Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the country of employment
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
- Experience: Background in construction or roofing products or services
- Skills: Experience managing a sales territory or customer portfolio independently
- Certifications: Industry training or certifications related to construction or roofing
