Primary Responsibilities
- Verify raw materials, labels, weights, and batch information before production.
- Operate mixers and follow documented production procedures.
- Load materials, collect samples, unload, and package finished products.
- Record production data to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Conduct initial product checks and report specification deviations.
- Package products according to established quality standards.
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas.
- Follow EHS, quality, and operating procedures; report safety concerns.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or 2 years as a Production Operator I.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and production instructions.
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work assigned shifts and authorization to work in the location of employment.
- Experience with chemical mixing and packaging processes.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Experience documenting production or quality records.
- Familiarity with manufacturing quality and safety management systems.
