Primary Responsibilities
Perform technical and analytical services essential to the control systems and associated equipment (electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
Maintain and troubleshoot plant controls and electrical circuits
Complete repairs as necessary
Perform all work safely while maintaining instrumentation, including but not limited to, pressure, temperature, level, and flow devices that provide input to the various control systems
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with environmental permits and regulations
Complete data sheets, test records, and other operational documentation for equipment and systems in the computer-based work order system
Understand and utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, measurement, and test equipment in the performance of duties

Minimum Requirements
10+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience with a focus on Controls and Electrical, or a combination of a two-year technical degree from a certified technical institution and relevant experience
General knowledge in Rockwell software and Allen Bradley PLCs
Must be able to troubleshoot complex electronic systems
Must have good problem-solving skills in troubleshooting/understanding plant processes
Should be able to interpret electrical prints
Analyzes trends and operating parameters on various electrical systems and equipment to identify potential or impending failures and to ensure plant is running at optimal efficiency
Successful completion of the Technical Aptitude Test for Master Mechanics
Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates initiative and possess the ability to multi-task
Must be able to support production work schedule, including weekend and holiday shift work when necessary
Incumbent must be highly motivated, value continuous learning and be adaptable to a changing work environment
Preferred Requirements
Experience manufacturing based electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls
Plant Operations experience
Detailed knowledge of plant control and data acquisition systems
Functional logic diagram experience
