Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the photo booth experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate and troubleshoot photo booth equipment to ensure high-quality images and smooth operation throughout events
- Assist guests with posing, props, and camera settings to capture fun and memorable photos
- Manage guest interactions efficiently, resolving any issues or conflicts quickly to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or tips from guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo booth area before, during, and after events
- Coordinate with event staff and vendors to ensure seamless setup, operation, and breakdown of the photo booth station
Requirements
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable is a plus but not a must.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle conflict management calmly and professionally in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with children and providing guest services in diverse settings
- Comfortable speaking publicly and engaging with groups of all sizes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment as needed
- Reliable transportation to various event locations
