ABOUT JOB
We have an opening in our office for a full-time licensed insurance professional. Candidates must be highly motivated with excellent communication, customer service, computer, MS Office and teamwork skills. Excellent salary, commission and benefits package.
Current PA P&C Insurance License and experience is required.
SUMMARY:
Be responsible for servicing assigned Commercial Lines accounts and provide accurate and courteous service to insured’s, sales representatives, and insurance companies regarding those accounts. Work as part of the Commercial Lines team to assist other Customer Service Agents and Producers when needed.
RESPONSIBILITY
· Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Receive, document and process all insured’s requests for service.
· Be point of contact for clients’ daily needs.
· Prepare and assist with all renewals and new business quotations.
· New business production
· Be informed of new policies, coverage’s, etc., available to our agency and insured in order to provide proper coverages at competitive prices.
· Keep producers fully informed on all-important activities on their accounts.
· Work with producers in reviewing and placing new business and re marketing existing business.
· Enter application data into various insurance carrier quoting systems.
· Be able to work in a team environment yet be self-motivated to handle your own workload.
· Maintain customer files and activity in our agency management system (Applied EPIC).
· Prepare proposals as requested
· Issue Certificates of Insurance
· Applied EPIC management software experience is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
· Be able to be in office at least 4 days per week to start. (light hybrid remote work will become available once acclimated).
· Attention to detail and to be able to follow documentation procedures within our management system
· Current Pennsylvania P&C Insurance License
· 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance
· Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
