Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in the Gold Coast of Chicago, IL, for a Leasing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing resident retention efforts, providing excellent customer service, handling leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, and executing lease agreements. Additional tasks include maintaining lease administration records and communicating effectively with prospective and current tenants to address their needs and questions.

- Resident Retention and Customer Service experience but not required, with a strong focus on enhancing tenant satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Administration tasks
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with residents and team members
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior real estate or property management experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is an advantage
