GZ Printpak LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of high-quality paper packaging for consumer and luxury brands. Located in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, we are part of GZ Media’s global print and packaging division, bringing decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise to advanced production.
As our U.S. facility continues to ramp up, we are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to take ownership of production lines and drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
• Own and support manufacturing processes on assigned production lines
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as OEE, throughput, and downtime
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to restore stable production quickly
• Work directly with operators and maintenance to improve machine performance
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain standard work, procedures, and process documentation
• Lead or support Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
• Support equipment startups, process validation, and production ramp-up
• Train operators and technicians on process standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related)
• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering
• Hands-on experience with industrial production equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with production data and performance metrics
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Comfortable working on the production floor in a fast-paced environment
