We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to support our growing real estate and property management operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, tenants, vendors, and callers while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, staying organized, and handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, guests, tenants, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries regarding properties, reservations, and services
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment management
- Help manage incoming emails and messages from guests, tenants, and partners
- Maintain organized records, files, and basic data entry
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams when needed
- Assist with general office tasks such as supply tracking, document organization, and mail handling
- Provide excellent customer support by helping resolve questions or directing requests to the appropriate team member
- Support administrative tasks including basic reporting, typing correspondence, and record keeping
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, hospitality, or property management is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
