We are seeking a dedicated assistant manager to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties
- Provide executive administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
-Preparing and light cleaning of properties
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle front desk duties such as answering calls and greeting visitors
- Perform clerical tasks including filing and organizing documents
- Communicate with guests and tenants
-File and handle paperwork
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with various projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
