Position Summary
The Treasury Manager will drive cash and net interest expense savings through building and maintaining the company’s daily cash forecast, leading Treasury Management System enhancements, and driving additional process improvements with banking data. This position will have exposure to equipment financing and capital markets activity, as well as daily support of cash management operations. This position is based in the Tucker, GA office, with a flexible hybrid work environment targeting three days per week in office.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Technology:
- Manage the Kyriba workstation and serve as a coordinator for the platform with other internal software systems
- Identify and execute on opportunities for system enhancements, including building out equipment finance, debt analysis, and wire payment functionality
- Build daily cash forecast
- Treasury Lead for CoStar leasing and BNA fixed asset uploads
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement projects for cash and treasury operations
- Determine ways to use the TMS or BI tools to change and enhance existing processes
- Daily revolver management (ABL) and cash forecasting:
- Use daily cash forecast to optimize borrowing and cash investment
- Accounting:
- Manage the company’s in-house-banking program
- Liaison with the accounting department to ensure proper reporting of cash transactions
- Cash Management:
- Support daily cash management process
- Administrator for TMS and banking platforms
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with all levels of key bank contacts
- Capital Markets and equipment finance:
- Support capital markets activity as needed
- Lead the company’s equipment leasing program, and manage relationships with both leasing companies and GMS subsidiaries
- Other responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s merchant processing activities
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management System (e.g. GTreasury, Quantum, Integrity, Reval)
- Experience with banking data and cash operations
