Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Job Summary:
Gymreapers is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our in-house warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily warehouse functions including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and team supervision. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced environment, understands the demands of e-commerce and wholesale distribution, and thrives on operational excellence.
You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of all outbound and inbound logistics while supporting our customers, athletes, and retail partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Lead morning team meetings, communicate daily goals, and monitor team performance.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Organize the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
Team Supervision
- Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Foster a positive team environment rooted in accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, ship times, and productivity.
- Mentor, Develop, and train junior warehouse team .
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Coordinate timely and accurate fulfillment for DTC, Amazon, and Wholesale channels.
- Ensure carrier pickups are organized and shipping materials are well-stocked.
- Resolve order or shipping issues quickly and effectively in collaboration with Customer Experience.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and address maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Proven track record of managing and developing warehouse teams.
- Experience with inventory systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Forklift certification, preferred.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment processes and procedures in the DTC space
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for fitness, strength training, or the Gymreapers brand is a major plus.
