ABOUT GYMREAPERS

Gymreapers is one of the fastest-growing performance fitness brands in the world, building premium gear and apparel for lifters who take training seriously. From weightlifting belts and knee sleeves to performance apparel engineered for the gym, our products are designed to meet the demands of athletes who expect more from their equipment.

We are an athlete-driven brand built on intensity, discipline, and continuous improvement. Our team moves fast, operates with high standards, and cares deeply about building products that earn their place in every training session.

THE ROLE

As Senior Product Line Manager, you own Gymreapers’ Accessories and Apparel categories end-to-end. You are responsible for the product roadmap, new product development, assortment strategy, pricing, SKU productivity, and lifecycle management across two of the brand’s most important growth categories.

This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on building best-in-class training gear and performance apparel. You’ll work directly with design, sourcing, operations, athletes, and marketing to bring products from concept through launch and optimization. That includes reviewing samples, refining materials and fit, analyzing product performance, gathering athlete and customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the line.

You will lead category planning across belts, sleeves, wraps, straps, grips, tees, shorts, joggers, outerwear, and future product expansion opportunities. You are expected to understand the customer deeply, maintain a strong point of view on the competitive landscape, and make commercial decisions that balance growth, margin, and brand positioning.

As the product organization scales, this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position with the opportunity to hire, mentor, and manage additional product managers across categories.
