What You’ll Do
- Develop athletes through intentional, progression-based coaching
- Create structured, high-energy, and safe training environments
- Mentor athletes in work ethic, discipline, and mindset, not just skills
- Communicate proactively with parents about progress and expectations
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain strong team culture
- Uphold safety standards and professional presentation at all times
- Contribute to athlete retention and long-term program growth

Qualifications
- Prior competitive gymnastics coaching experience
- Strong understanding of gymnastics technique, drills, and progressions

- USAG Membership
