What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Coach position at Gymnastics World?
We are looking for passionate, positive, and reliable gymnastics coaches to join our growing program.
Positions Available:
Female Coach – Recreational and Girls’ Excel Team (up to Silver Level)
Male Coach – Recreational and Pre-Team Levels
Responsibilities:
Teach fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe, fun, and structured environment
- Lead classes for athletes ages 4–14 (depending on assignment)
- Foster confidence, discipline, and a love for gymnastics
- Support athletes in progressing through our curriculum
- Collaborate with other coaches to maintain a positive gym culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior coaching and/or competitive gymnastics experience
- Knowledge of Excel or pre-team level progressions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic when working with children
Schedule:
- Part-time weekday afternoons and Saturdays
- Opportunities to grow into more hours or team coaching roles
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
- Final pay rate will be determined after a one-month evaluation period
