What You'll Do

As a Gymnastics Central Coach, you will:

• Coach children in one or more of our recreational programs based on your certifications.
• Create a fun, energetic, and safe learning environment.
• Teach skills using age-appropriate progressions and positive coaching techniques.
• Build confidence, character, and a love of learning.
• Communicate professionally with parents and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Follow Gymnastics Central's coaching standards, safety procedures, and Staff Handbook.
• Continue learning through ongoing training and professional development.

Experience is helpful—but it isn't required.

Every new employee participates in our structured Coach Development Program, which includes:

Every employee is hired as a Gymnastics Central Coach and earns certifications to coach different programs as they develop. Our training program provides a clear pathway for growth while ensuring every coach delivers a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for our athletes and families.

Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, athletics, education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation

Starting at $13.00 per hour.

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, performance, and responsibilities, with opportunities for advancement as you grow within our coaching development program.
