What’s In It For You
- Listed pay range includes competitive base salary performance bonuses
- Tiered bonuses structure:
- $1K bonus at $20K/month revenue added
- $2.5K bonus at $40K/month revenue added
- Opportunity to grow into Territory Leader / General Manager with potential pay raise
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic business and community partnerships
- Build and manage a robust local referral network
- Generate new client leads through networking, outreach, and events
- Conduct consultations and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Coach and collaborate with trainers to support sales, upselling and retention strategies
- Own and track a monthly sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Represent GYMGUYZ at local events, health fairs, and networking groups
- Build brand awareness and execute grassroots and targeted outreach campaigns
- Track all leads, activities, and conversions in CRM
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, wins, and opportunities
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core principles — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every decision and interaction.
- Required sales, business development or account management experience, with a strong track record of relationship building and closing
- Experience with B2B and community-based sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
