This is our Lead Assessor role: a premium personal training position that combines in-home coaching, client assessments, consultative program recommendations, and leadership within the training team.
You will work with clients in homes, offices, and community settings while helping them start and stay committed to customized fitness programs. This is a strong fit for a trainer who enjoys coaching, building trust, recommending solutions, and helping clients take action on their goals.

Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Proven ability to build trust, motivate clients, and communicate professionally
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
- Professional, self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfort using mobile and web-based apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication
- Experience conducting fitness consultations or assessments
- Experience selling personal training, wellness, or coaching programs
- Leadership, mentoring, or team-support experience
- Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar fitness platforms
- 1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
