- Competitive pay for meaningful work: Earn 25% above the average PT pay. Top trainers make $–$ weekly (25–30 hours, plus bonuses and tips).
- Up to $50 per session, with performance bonuses and commissions.
- Flexible scheduling: Train mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends — whatever fits your life.
- Career growth:
- Six-month track to Master Adaptive Personal Trainer ($60/hour).
- 12-month track to Territory Manager/General Manager ( 25% pay).
- Support & recognition: No sales quotas or gym politics. Instead, expect mentorship, monthly paid training, and recognition for your impact.
- Professional development: Certification renewal reimbursement, continuing education, and opportunities to attend national conferences (like NASM).
- National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).

- Travel to clients’ homes or local sites to deliver adaptive training sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Work with children, adults, and families to help clients with special needs or physical challenges achieve measurable progress.
