In this role, you'll coach from Monday through Saturday, with hours that may vary based on program needs. We value a positive attitude and are committed to training the right person to succeed. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in building confidence and self-assurance in our students, imparting skills that go beyond the gym. Compensation:
$14 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and dynamic gymnastics classes that inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
- Teach a personalized training plan that cater to the unique needs and goals of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and motivated.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training area.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Positive energy and loves to work with children.
- Must be patient and take the time to learn how to best teach your students.
- Previous experience with coaching is a plus, but not required if you are willing to jump in and learn.
- Capable of spotting low-level skills from preschool age through teens.
