Gym Culture is looking for a Certified Personal Trainer to join our growing team.
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and service-minded trainer who is passionate about helping members reach their goals through high-quality coaching, accountability, and an exceptional training experience.
The ideal candidate is confident working with a variety of fitness levels, communicates well, takes initiative, and understands the importance of building strong client relationships. We are especially interested in expanding our team to better serve members who may prefer working with a female trainer.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, effective, and goal-specific personal training sessions
- Build strong relationships with clients and members
- Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and introductory workouts
- Help members feel confident, supported, and successful in the gym
- Support personal training sales through professional follow-up and relationship-building
- Maintain accurate client records, session notes, and progress tracking
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-standard training environment
- Participate in member engagement, fitness floor support, and department initiatives as needed
- Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience preferred
- Personal training certification preferred or required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working with a variety of clients, goals, and fitness levels
- Passionate about continued growth, education, and leadership
- Able to represent Gym Culture’s premium member experience with professionalism and care
