As our Director of Agency Operations, you will lead the agency’s day-to-day estimating, workflow optimization, resource management, and delivery processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief to delivery.

What You’ll Do
Lead with Process
- Architect the way great work gets done across the agency — from briefing to delivery.
- Own and champion Workamajig: drive agency-wide adoption and full operational optimization.
- Spot inefficiencies, communication breakdowns, or legacy process friction — and fix them with smarter systems, scalable solutions, and better tech.
- Build agency-wide workflows that are dynamic, adaptable, and designed for cross-functional collaboration.
Fuel Creative Through Operations
- Oversee creative resourcing across accounts: right talent, right time, right budget.
- Partner with creative and client leads to ensure excellence in output and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize team utilization, balance workloads, and identify where AI or automation can accelerate the craft without compromising quality.
Champion Change & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a key member of the GYK Leadership Team, advocating for smart evolution across the business.
- Embrace a player/coach mindset — actively leading on complex client accounts while mentoring teams.
- Help set annual planning cadences, improve cross-client workflow visibility, and guide project prioritization at scale.
Build & Lead the Department
- Define the vision, structure, and culture of the Process & Creative Ops department.
- Manage and grow a high-performing team with clear paths for development and success.
- Partner with Finance to align staffing, revenue forecasts, project estimates, and resourcing plans.
- Lead annual budget planning and production operations, including developing scalable templates and cost controls.
What You Bring
- 8 years in creative agency operations, project management, or resourcing leadership.
- Deep experience building, scaling, or transforming operational systems for creative output.
- Proven ability to inspire teams through doing — not just directing.
- A track record of solving business challenges with technology (and an excitement for how AI can amplify that).
- Strong knowledge of creative services: digital, print, content, video, and integrated marketing.
- Experience with internal tools and external vendors, including digital and print production partners.
- A collaborative, resilient mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
