Position: IT Project Manager – SAP & Warehouse Automation
Location: Gloucester, MA Onsite
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects involving SAP, Infrastructure, Business teams, vendors, and other delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT projects across SAP, Infrastructure, Business, Vendors, and delivery partners.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and issues across different workstreams.
- Manage project budget, financials, forecasts, and costs.
- Track project phases, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Prepare and provide project status reports to PMO and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
- Work closely with SAP teams and understand SAP project environments.
- Experience with warehouse automation projects is highly desirable.

- Budget and project finance management experience
- PMO reporting and project governance
- Project planning, milestone and deliverable tracking
- Experience with SAP projects
- Exposure to Warehouse Management / Warehouse Automation / Supply Chain projects
- Good communication and leadership skills
