We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale SAP AMS (Application Management Services) and S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in core SAP modules (such as FICO, SD, OTC, EWM, MM, etc.), combined with a proven track record of managing global delivery teams and driving excellence in delivery, stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS and S/4HANA projects across multiple clients and geographies.
- Manage large, cross-functional teams(both onshore and offshore).
- Oversee delivery governance, service quality, and SLAs while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business users, and internal leadership to define and execute delivery strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across AMS and implementation engagements.
- Partner with presales and solutioning teams to support RFP responses, proposals, and project estimations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, promoting best practices in SAP project management and delivery.
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15 years of SAP experience, with at least 8 years in delivery/project management roles.
- Strong hands-on or functional understanding of key SAP modules such as FICO, SD, OTC, MM, EWM, or PP.
- Proven experience managing large AMS engagements and S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Demonstrated success leading global delivery models (onshore/offshore) with team sizes of 50 resources.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLAs, and managed services frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or SAP Solution Manager certifications are a plus.
