Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Data Platform Transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and governance.
- Track project progress and provide executive status updates.
- Ensure successful delivery of cloud and data modernization initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing Data Platform or Data Transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, and Data Engineering.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
