LOCATION GY Properties, [Philadelphia, PA] – on-site

Position Summary
GY Properties is seeking a Marketing Intern to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of multifamily properties in Philadelphia and the greater Baltimore area. This is an exciting opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, from digital content creation and campaign coordination to promotional strategies and market research.
This internship is unpaid and is for Spring 2026 semester course credit, with a 20-hour/week requirement. The candidate will report to the Philadelphia office.
Primary Responsibilities
WORK LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA 19123. Fully in-person role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support general marketing efforts including campaign planning, event promotion, outreach, and vendor coordination
- Create original content (photo, video, graphics) for digital platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist with developing and maintaining marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and signage
- Conduct competitive market research and contribute to monthly performance reports
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various campaigns
- Collaborate with property teams and local businesses to strengthen community engagement
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and propose new strategies relevant to multifamily real estate
- Help manage branding consistency across all properties and platforms
- Part-time opportunity: 20h/week

- Must be able to travel around Philadelphia and go to Maryland occasionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with creativity, curiosity, and the ability to engage a target audience
- Knowledge of Excel and basic reporting skills
- Creative design experience with Canva
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the highest level of integrity.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn quickly.
- Responsive and open to feedback and growth.
