The Director of Finance & Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in Horsham, PA. This position is responsible for managing the financial and operational functions of the academy. Duties include overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, leading financial reporting, and ensuring financial sustainability. The role also focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, collaborating with leadership, and aligning financial strategy with the academy's mission and goals.
