Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our team of highly skilled professionals in applying best-in-class machines and methods to deliver exceptional results.
This role will involve leading a team of up to 15 manufacturing engineers, developing standards for machine programming and process validation, and driving process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC milling and turning, experience leading an engineering team, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
A culture of strict process compliance will be led by this individual to ensure product integrity and a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an engineering team in a manufacturing facility
- Proven skills and experience in milling and turning using CNC equipment
- CNC programming
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
