Position Summary
We are seeking a Machine Cleaner to support production operations by performing cleaning, lubrication, and general utility tasks for CNC and other manufacturing equipment. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, efficiency, and operational readiness of our machines.
Machine Cleaners will often work inside small coolant tanks and pump areas to remove liquids, debris, and metal build-up from CNC machine operations. They will also clean internal machine compartments to prepare them for use, and may perform general facility cleaning or painting tasks as needed. Due to the nature of this work, strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety policies is required at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and lubrication of CNC and other production machinery.
- Remove liquid, debris, and metal build-up from coolant tanks, pump areas, and other machine components.
- Clean internal compartments of CNC machines to prepare them for operation.
- Follow strict LOTO policies when working around or inside machine areas.
- Perform general utility work such as cleaning floors, walls, or work areas, and light painting as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance and production areas.
- Communicate any observed machine issues or safety concerns to maintenance staff.
- Previous experience in industrial or mechanical cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to safely use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in a physically active role.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, including LOTO.
- Able to work in varied industrial environments with exposure to coolant, lubricants, and metal debris.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
