Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our corporate kitchen team in North Wales. This individual will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, setting up stations, assisting with menu execution, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced culinary environment, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys working collaboratively with a small team

Qualifications and Requirements
This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy. Reasonable accommodations may be available to enable individuals with disabilities but are always subject to safety concerns for the employee and all team members. Employer may require a physical assessment of the candidate’s ability to perform these tasks as a condition of an offer letter. Role & Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment for service
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and quality standards
- Execute menu items consistently and efficiently, ensuring proper taste, texture, and presentation
- Assist with menu development, offering input on new culinary ideas and seasonal specials
- Inspect and “polish” dishes prior to service to ensure quality and accuracy
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages or ordering needs
- Assist with equipment maintenance and report any issues requiring repair
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment following all food safety guidelines
- Support kitchen leadership with training and guiding staff as needed
- Promote a cooperative, respectful, and team-oriented work culture
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar culinary role
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with kitchen technology or POS systems is a plus
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
