Duties:
- Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with the paving crew to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.
- Always follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in other construction tasks as needed to support project completion.
- Assis paving and concrete crews when not operating the roller
Qualifications:
- 1 year roller experience
- Solid experience with finish rolling and asphalt paving
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including operating asphalt rollers.
- CDL is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16-24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
