## Duties-
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on vehicle status
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs
- Provide estimates for services and obtain necessary approvals
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs
- Coordinate with parts department for necessary components
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto service management or related field
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes such as oil changes, brake repairs, and general maintenance
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
