Overview
The Gwinnett Stripers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves, are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Associate will support the team’s marketing efforts and learn how to plan, promote, and execute campaigns that drive fan engagement and attendance.

The Marketing Associate will support the team’s marketing efforts and learn how to plan, promote, and execute campaigns that drive fan engagement and attendance.
This program provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a Minor League Baseball club. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals who are passionate about sports, highly motivated, and eager to gain hands-on leadership experience. The program begins in February 2026 and runs through the conclusion of the Minor League Baseball season in November 2026.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Support digital marketing and fan communication efforts through outlets including but not limited to, social media, GoStripers.com, e-mail, text, and others.
• Support brand consistency across traditional, digital, and in-stadium materials.
• Gain experience in email marketing, website content updates, and copywriting.
• Assist with gathering and analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign performance.
• Help plan and promote theme nights and fan engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing goals align with ticket and sponsorship objectives.

Qualifications
· Pursuing a degree or graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

· Availability for occasional nights and weekends during events. Must complete a successful comprehensive background check
