Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales lot
- Arrange vehicles according to dealership standards and management direction
- Keep vehicle displays, front-line inventory, and customer parking areas presentable
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property
- Prepare vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery
- Assist with dealer trades, inventory arrivals, and vehicle transportation
- Inspect vehicles for visible damage and promptly report any concerns
- Install temporary tags, buyer’s guides, window stickers, and other materials as directed
- Monitor inventory locations and assist the sales team in quickly locating vehicles
- Maintain vehicle keys according to dealership procedures
- Help keep the lot, showroom entrance, and surrounding areas free of trash and debris
- Assist sales managers and other departments as needed
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to support the entire team
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is helpful but not required
